Habitat: North-facing slope at margin of sandstone exposure on sandy clay-loam in coastal sage scrub burned in July 2015.
Associated Species: Salvia apiana, Acmispon glaber, Rhus integrifolia, Diplacus Xaustralis, Stipa coronata, and Galium angustifolium
Description: Perennial, culms to 1.2 meters tall; locally common along sandstone cliff.
