California, San Mateo, West of the Whiskey Hill Gate in the road on the west side of the Bear Creek crossing. JRBP Sector Map Sector 12, B-3.

Habitat:
In sandy soils about 5 meters from current (low) level of the creek. In an open area of a riperian corridor in an oak woodland.
Associated Taxa:
With Poaceae. Mentha xpiperita, Lapsana communis by roadside.
Description:
Plant mostly in seed. Only 1 purple flower left in bloom.
Notes:
First time seen at this site. Population size 5-10.
