Buffalo Creek Recreation Area, northeast slopes of Little Scraggy Peak, 1.70 km. southwest of the Little Scraggy trailhead, 60.1 km. south of the GNIS location of Golden. 39.334776839°N, -105.267849108°W WGS 1984, Elev. 2464 M. Very narrow, filiform leaves compared to those found along the foothills. Also collected nearby: Jamesia americana, Solidago nana, and Arctostaphylos uva-ursi. Area generally disturbed by minerals prospecting, fuels reduction, and mountain biking recreation. Collected by permit: Pike-Isabel National Forest, 2019, issued 8 March 2019 to T. Schweich.
