Flat sandy area, open woodland with Sambucus mexicana, Ribes aureum, Ailanthus, Vitis girdiana, Baccharis salicifolia, Salix lasiolepis, etc.
Fruiting
Solitary tree c. 15 m tall, with straight bare trunk c. 6 m tall, c. 0.5 m d.b.h. Spontaneous on fill slope above flats, among concrete chunks below houses. 19-23 leaflets on largest leaves. Same tree as # 36891 from 21 May 2009. See ‘Juglans Fruit’ collection
